Rachel Eason serves as Communications and Public Affairs Director at Strategic Elements, working closely with clients and executing strategic initiatives across accounts.
Prior to joining Strategic Elements, Rachel served as the Director of Legislative Support Services with the Minnesota House of Representatives. Serving in caucus leadership, she helped execute policy initiatives through building relationships with legislators, administration officials, and professional legislative staff, and managed the caucus’s largest department. Previously, Rachel was based in Tennessee where she served as a client services director and operations lead for defense contracting companies. Rachel also spent several years in Washington, DC, working in trade and advocacy organizations in the renewable energy and telecom space, following her time as a legislative assistant for the Secretary of the United States Senate. Rachel has extensive experience in association, external and organizational affairs, C-Suite/board-level communications, and political and non-profit fundraising.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Rachel has a bachelor’s in political science from The University of the South (Sewanee). She currently resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she enjoys embracing the ‘Bold North,’ supporting animal welfare, historic preservation efforts, and political campaigns.
