Jessica Graham (DiPaolo)

Jessica Graham is an accomplished public affairs specialist with 20 years of experience designing and executing successful advocacy, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement campaigns for high-profile clients. She joins Strategic Elements as a Senior Vice President with a proven track record of delivering creative, cutting-edge public affairs solutions for blue chip national trade associations, top-tier corporations, and non-profit organizations. 

Before joining Strategic Elements, Jessica owned and operated her own independent public affairs and communications consultancy in Washington, D.C. For more than a decade, her firm produced and managed comprehensive national and state-based advocacy operations while leading a deep bench network of consultants and political operatives across all 50 states, including former members of Congress and Hill staff.  

As an industry veteran, Jessica has a proven track record of delivering creative solutions for clients and a strong reputation for demonstrating thoughtful leadership and remaining agile, even in the most challenging political environments. At her core, she is a people person with a knack for cultivating strong alliances and finding alignment with a wide variety of stakeholders.  

Before launching her consultancy, Jessica worked with top public affairs and communications agencies, including Direct Impact and Bravo Group, based in Pennsylvania. She serves as an advisor and council member for several autoimmune and rare disease advocacy organizations and is a former member of the Public Affairs Council.
