Hayley Wade serves as Senior Communication Manager at Strategic Elements. In her role, Hayley executes communication products from beginning to end, providing the latest insight into social media trends, media opportunities for clients, complex political issues, and digestible messaging.
Hayley is an experienced Congressional Staffer with an extensive background in public service. She spent the entirety of the 116th Congress serving on the staff of Congresswoman Kay Granger, the now-Chairwoman of the Appropriations Committee and the most senior Republican woman in Congress. While on staff, Hayley handled all constituent correspondence, monitored and advised on legislation, and orchestrated communication products.
Hayley worked at the County of Santa Barbara Real Property Division and the University of California Disabled Students Program, where she collaborated with students and professors to ensure disabled students’ needs were accommodated. Additionally, her professional certificates include Sprout Social Platform issued by Sprout Social, Republican Leadership Initiative issued by the Republican National Committee, and Leadership Institute Graduate issued by The Leadership Institute.
Hayley also volunteers with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Read Across America. Additionally, Hayley currently serves as a UCSB Alumni Ambassador and received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
