Time to shine a spotlight on…you!

Did you know that you can run personal profile LinkedIn ads? An increasingly remote workforce means that more and more people are turning to LinkedIn to network and grow their personal brand. Sponsoring posts from your personal account is a ripe opportunity, and in fact, personal profile ads typically receive 3-4 times the engagement than a company ad, which results in cost-efficiencies and ad efficacy. Keep your followers engaged and manifest the personal brand you’d like to build by trying out personal profile ads.

Verification of company pages on LinkedIn has officially rolled out. In the spirit of authenticity and a quest to create meaningful connections, LinkedIn is adding the company page verification, noting that “a verification badge on a LinkedIn page helps signal that the Page is an official page for the organization” to build trust and credibility. LinkedIn is gradually making Page verification available to more organizations by verifying the details included within the company profile. It may take some time to get to yours – but it will be a helpful and welcome addition.

Run targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn showcasing key event highlights, such as special guests, keynote speakers, or special activities.

Use LinkedIn ads to target professional demographics relevant to your event.

Collaborate with Partners and Creators

Team up with event partners and social media creators who resonate with your audience and have them create posts or stories about your event. Co-hosted content amplifies your message and attracts a diverse audience.

Use Social Media Posts and Stories

Share daily updates and countdowns, post event teasers, guest introductions, and behind-the-scenes looks across all social media platforms. Use a social press kit to share with your event partners and creators for a one-stop, easy-to-publish content collaboration.

Use Event Hashtags

Create a unique hashtag and promote it across all posts. Encourage your audience, partners, creators, and attendees to use it in their posts leading up to and during the event. This makes it easier to view all related content and builds your community

Offer Exclusive Online Content

Offer early bird tickets, special discounts, or giveaways to your email subscribers or followers who engage with your event post.

Share exclusive BTS videos and interviews with speakers and/or guests, only available to those who follow your event page. This can drive more interest and incentivize attendance and early RSVPs.

Send Email Invites and Reminders

Never, ever forget the power of email! Send an invitation email with a catchy subject line.

Follow up with reminder emails as the event approaches with teaser highlights and helpful information like parking, schedules, what to bring, what to expect, and who might be in special attendance. Never forget your direct link to RSVP or purchase tickets.

Engage with Attendees Before the Event

Always start the engagement early by interacting and communicating with your prospective audience, partners, and creators.

Respond to comments and questions on your event’s social media pages promptly. Start discussions or polls about the event topic to get attendees excited and involved. Share exciting trivia or facts about the event to start the conversation.

Let’s amplify your next event!
