Rachel Eason’s extensive experience and southern charm put her on the map in Tennessee, Washington, D.C., Minnesota, and throughout the Midwest. Most recently, Rachel worked as the Director of Legislative Support Services for the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minority Leader’s leadership team, she helped execute the caucus’s policy initiatives by managing its largest staff and building relationships with legislators, administration officials, and professional staff. Prior to her service in Minnesota, Rachel was the Director of Client Services for ECI Defense Group, the Operations Manager for L3 ForceX in Nashville, and Director of Operations for America’s Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA) in D.C. With over two decades of expert communications tactics, Rachel will further amplify Strategic Elements’ reputation for activating results.
