Strategic Elements proudly announces the promotions of four team members: Elizabeth Silva to Senior Operations Director; Kristin Sheldon to Senior Strategic Communications Director; Kyle Jones to Senior Public Affairs Manager; and Andrea Hatcher to Senior Digital Manager.
Elizabeth specializes in team and project management and client management services. Using her Scrum Master certification, a top project management certification program, she delivers winning results on complex issues for clients while supporting the brand.
Kristin continues to be an asset to Strategic Elements and our clients through her expertise in public relations, strategic messaging and storytelling, and coalition building. She has a proven track record of successfully executing high-profile media relations, communications and public affairs campaigns at national, state, and local levels.
Kyle has over five years of experience in strategic narrative development, grasstops campaign management, and social listening analytics. He leads robust public affairs efforts through a creative lens and successfully implements issue advocacy campaigns on behalf of Strategic Elements’ clients.
Andrea uses her strong writing and marketing skills to support clients’ engagement on social media platforms and to develop creative assets to strengthen advocacy efforts. Her ability to strategize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns is essential in fostering public engagement and cultivating brand awareness for our clients.
Elizabeth, Kristin, Kyle, and Andrea’s diverse skills, expertise and proven track records continue to bring tremendous value to our team.
