Strategic Elements expands its digital presence, adding Ryan Sheldon as Director of Digital and Video and Andrea Hatcher as Digital Manager to its award-winning team. In addition to joining Strategic Elements, Ryan and Andrea both join the firm’s sister company and political consulting agency, Kdence.
Ryan has nearly a decade of experience working in communications, videography, and digital media across various industries. Most recently, he served as the Public Information Officer for the South Dakota Department of Public Safety. In his role, Ryan created and managed social media pages, produced live video webinars, and collaborated with public influencers. He also served as the Digital Manager for U.S. Senator John Thune, where he coordinated digital content for Senator Thune’s official channels, arranged video hits, and produced virtual town halls. In addition, Ryan served as South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s official Gubernatorial photographer, videographer, and digital media manager. His creative and digital media skills will expand the firms’ strategy and open the door for new services.
Andrea is an experienced marketing, government affairs, and writing professional. Before Strategic Elements, she served as the Government Affairs and Marketing Assistant for The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce. In her role, she worked closely with elected officials and businesses to create legislative priorities advocating for local economic development. Andrea also oversaw the company’s social media platforms, fostered public engagement, and expanded the company’s media relations. Her skills will grow the companies’ digital and communications strategies for clients nationwide.
