WEST DES MOINES, IOWA — Strategic Elements, a nationwide public affairs firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Silva to Associate Vice President of Operations, Makenzie Jones to Public Affairs Manager, and Ruby Crow to Associate Communications Manager.
Silva continues to provide organizational leadership for SE’s clients, drawing on her systematic expertise, including a decorated career in the U.S. Air Force. A recent graduate of the distinguished Leadership Iowa program, Silva will take on an expanded role to deliver results through strategic planning, executive organization, organizational leadership, and project management.
Jones continues to be an asset to Strategic Elements’ clients through her ability to predict project needs and generate content that breaks through the noise. Jones is an emerging leader within the company and is recognized for her ability to “close deals” and lead teams. As Public Affairs Manager, Jones will play an increased role in project execution, account management, and external affairs.
Crow’s resolve to find creative solutions to complex issues has earned her a reputation for reliability and results. With a knack for media relations and grassroots mobilization, Crow is building a reputation for proactivity and confidence. As Associate Communications Manager, Crow will expand her role with account management, media relations, and stakeholder activation.
