Before joining Strategic Elements, Pete served as the Executive Director of the Indiana State Building and Construction Trades Council for more than a decade. In his role, Pete promoted economic development to benefit all of Indiana’s Building Trades Unions and their members, collaborating with government, business, and civic leaders to spur infrastructure investment, economic growth, and achieve public policy goals. With a national network of grassroots labor union connections and broad involvement in media relations, public affairs, and economic development, Pete brings a new eye to the firm’s award-winning team.
Pete previously served as the Deputy Commissioner for the Indiana Department of Labor. He has served on the board of directors of the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute.
