Graham also joined Strategic Elements’ sister company, Kdence, further amplifying the capabilities of the political and advocacy professionals at this company executing high-impact political and reputation campaigns.
Before joining Strategic Elements, Graham ran her own independent public affairs and communications consultancy in Washington, D.C., for more than a decade. Her firm produced and managed comprehensive national and state-based advocacy operations while also leading a deep-bench network of consultants and political operatives across the U.S., including former members of Congress and Hill staff. Graham’s clients are among the top five largest national trade associations, global healthcare companies and leading patient advocacy organizations.
Graham has a proven track record of developing creative policy solutions for some of the most complex issues and industries. Graham has a strong reputation for demonstrating thoughtful leadership and approaching high-pressure situations with agility and composure. Before launching her firm, Graham worked with top public affairs and communications agencies, including Direct Impact and Bravo Group, where she innovated public affairs offerings, executed comprehensive advocacy campaigns and communication strategies, and launched new initiatives. She serves as an advisor and council member for several national autoimmune and rare disease advocacy organizations.
