Strategic Elements announces the promotion of former Hill Staffer and seasoned communications professional Hayley Wade to Senior Communications Manager. In addition to her promotion at Strategic Elements, Hayley steps into a new role as Senior Manager at the firm’s sister company, Kdence.
Hayley is an experienced Congressional Staffer with an extensive background in public service. She has experience in constituent correspondence, monitoring and advising legislation, and orchestrating communication products from start to finish. In her new role, Hayley will report the day-to-day operations of the firm’s communications team, execute exceptional public relations strategies and assist in client relations management.
Before joining Strategic Elements, she spent 116th Congress serving on the staff of Congresswoman Kay Granger, the ranking member of the Appropriations Committee and the most senior Republican woman in Congress. She also worked at the County of Santa Barbara’s Real Property Division and the University of California’s Disabled Students program. Hayley’s congressional and communications expertise has been a solid asset to Strategic Elements, Kdence, and its clients.
