Strategic Elements expands its communications expertise by welcoming Hillary Maxwell Beightel as Senior Communications Director and Kyle Jones as Senior Communications Associate to its team. Beightel and Jones also joined Strategic Elements’ sister company, Kdence, further enhancing the capabilities of the political and policy professionals at this company executing high-impact political and issue campaigns.
Before joining Strategic Elements, Beightel owned and operated a public affairs consulting business where she provided communications and public affairs counsel to a variety of clients. Previously she was Director of Public Affairs at Dell Technologies for seven years, where she oversaw and executed the communications strategy for Dell’s government affairs and public policy team and managed communications efforts for the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network. Hillary served as a Campaign Director for DDC Public Affairs, providing public affairs and strategic communications counsel to Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and other organizations. As a Director for DCI Group, Beightel crafted and executed communications and public relations strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Beightel worked in Strategic Communications in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education and as Deputy Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Trent Lott.
Kyle Jones brings half a decade of experience in strategic narrative development, grasstops campaign management, and social listening systems management to the Strategic Elements team. Jones most recently served as a Manager at PLUS Communications & FP1 Strategies, where he incorporated social listening analytics into campaign deliverables, developed roundtable discussions, and collaborated on several national issue advocacy campaigns. As a Political Sales Coordinator for NCC Media, Jones was responsible for discretionary oversight of political advertisement funding for numerous freshman-elect House Members during the 2018 Midterm Elections.
