Strategic Elements was co-founded in February of 2009 by Christine Stineman and John Stineman—each having more than two decades of experience in public affairs for Fortune 500 companies, national trade associations, and issue advocacy efforts funded by large foundations.

Unique from any other public affairs company, our team is made up of former journalists, political enthusiasts, and public affairs professionals who are guided by our clients’ missions. We live and work in the states and therefore have a deep understanding of what works in public policy advocacy and communications in the states.
As a bipartisan public affairs agency, we are passionate about what we do and exceeding client expectations by making an impact, expanding their thought leadership profile, and broadening their multimedia reach.
